Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP
I began my design career at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP in 2005 as a Junior Graphic Designer. Working closely with the Marketing team, I supported firm-wide resources, including print collateral for both attorneys and support teams, and I used my interpersonal skills to build trust and strong relationships throughout the firm.
Brochures
Work / Life
The Work / Life brochures were developed to communicate benefits information to all Skadden staff. I designed the logo with simple icons — a briefcase for “work” and a house for “life” — and repeated it as a textural graphic on the inside front cover. Light blue and navy differentiated materials for support staff and attorneys.
Invitations
Skadden | 20 Years in Tokyo
For this Skadden, Arps event, I partnered with the Tokyo office to ensure precise English-to-Kanji translation. Inspired by wood-block prints, I illustrated a lotus motif for the Save the Date. I designed a bilingual “20” logo, which was featured as a textural pattern in gold foil on the invitation’s reverse.
Skadden | 15 Years in Houston
Letterpress, a decorative typography lockup, and Skadden’s signature red created the simple elegance of this invitation.
